Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply: Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.
Shipping Costs
(Including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- National Shipping Costs: €4.99
International Deliveries:
We charge shipping costs for international orders based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Worldwide/Europe/EU International Shipping Costs: 20€/€10.00
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3–10 business days, and international deliveries within 5–10 business days after the conclusion of the contract (for advance payments, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
