Orders

Collection, Processing, and Transfer of Personal Data for Orders

When you place an order, we collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and handle your order and to process your inquiries. Providing the data is required for contract conclusion. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude a contract. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and is necessary for contract fulfillment.
Your data may be transferred to shipping companies, payment service providers, order processing service providers, and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly comply with legal requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.
Your data will also be transmitted to Canada. For data transfers to Canada, there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission.

 

Advertising

Use of Email Address for Newsletter Distribution

We use your email address solely for our own advertising purposes to send newsletters, provided you have explicitly consented to this. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR with your consent.
You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on your consent before revocation. Rights of the Data Subject and Retention Period

After full contract execution, the data is initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then retained in accordance with statutory retention periods, particularly tax and commercial law, and subsequently deleted once the retention periods have expired unless you have consented to further processing and use.
